With a male barb fitting in either direction, this 1.5" plated steel hose mender is perfect for joining two lengths of 1.5" layflat or pressure hose, or for repairing a split hose.
NOTE: Splicing a dredge suction hose is a bad idea, because the mender will create a pinch point where rocks can jam up.
