Frequently Asked Questions From Black Cat Mining Customers

Following are the questions we hear more often than most and the answers that go with 'em. If we've missed anything, hit our Contact page and let us know.

    1. Is BlackCatMining.com secure?

Yes. First, our cart is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Data you input is encrypted and protected from prying eyes. Your browser will display a small, closed lock when you hit cart pages that ask for personal information. Second, upon submission, your credit card information is submitted to the issuing bank of your credit card for approval via a secure gateway provider just like those used when you swipe your card through an electronic card reader at the mall. We do not see your credit card number, nor do we store it.

     2. How long will it take for me to recieve my order?

We generally ship within one to two business days, often shipping the very same day we receive the order, but actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected. UPS goes out in the morning and USPS goes out in the afternoon. Orders ship from Oregon.

     3. Do you take orders by phone?

Yes, our phone number is 541-622-8225. Please reference number 1001 when calling. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm Pacific standard time.

     4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, etc. We can also accept personal check with prior arrangement.

     5. Do you have a catalog?

No, we do not. We may eventually produce a catalog, but with the website, store and two growing boys, we haven't had the time to put one together. We will continue to collect for our mailing list however just in case...

     6. Do you carry Product-X?

Most likely, yes. Space for inventory is limited, so we can't keep every product on hand. We can, however, special order items we do not normally carry on the site, so give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

     7. Do you ship overseas?

We ship to the USA and Canada. We are also happy to ship to other countries with payment by wire transfer (no credit cards outside of the USA and Canada).

     8. Do you accept credit cards for payment and which type do you accept and can my shipping agent pick up from your location?

Please do not send form-letter fraud spam. We will not be taken in. We have not won the EU lottery, nor did your banking uncle swindle $16,000,000 out of the Bank of Botswana, nor will we pay your phantom shipping company and expect reimbursement when you send your payment.
